It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas!

I know this blog is late and please forgive me!  We have the pet and horse department all decorated for gift buying for your pets and your friends' pets!  There is also a Shining Stars tree, just like an Angel tree, where you may choose an ornament with a shelter animal's picture and a list of what they would like for Christmas. I will have this tree up through Christmas and we have nearly everything here that the animals asked Santa Paws for.


There is a huge selection of treats, toys and necessaries for cats, dogs, horses, and yes, even some parrot things and some toys and treats for bunnies, too!  


We have a new dog food that we are carrying, and the people who are buying it are telling me their dogs are crazy about it.  It's by Diamond and called Premium Edge.   It's a salmon based food, with potato and vegetables  and very reasonably priced right now, $31.99 for a 35 lb. bag. It is excellent for skin health and good for the coat, too.  My elder corgi thinks it is very tasty!


Be sure and watch for our new commercial on the two local cable stations, and feel free to come into the store with your pet anytime you wish.  We love to see the animals here and they enjoy coming in to see what is new and exciting here.


The last bit of news for this week is that we are having our Chick Day on April 22, 2012.  (Can you believe it's almost 2012 already!)  I will post more on this as we make our plans for this.  And our Horse Owners' Workshop is tentatively scheduled for March 10th (a Thursday) in the evening.  More on that, too, as plans firm up.
